We have just added Column (DK) to the Friday night music program at Råhuset. Column is a duo of Janine Neble and Nino and can be described as 'dark cabaret'. Janine was the singer in 'Alive With Worms' - cult notabilities of the Danish goth/indie underground back in the eighties.

We have added three new workshops to the program: A course in self
defense for queers (Wed & Thu), open meeting in the ØQ
political group (Wed) and a special drag workshop hosted by the
wonderful Kingz of Berlin.

Queer Festival receives grant
The Danish Arts Council has just announced a grant supporting
the Queer Festival. The grant targets interdisciplinary activities that go across visual arts, music and stage
performance. We are very excited - this will help us tremendously in bringing cutting edge artists to the festival.
