at Queer Festival at Råhuset, Halmtorvet, Copenhagen
Wednesday the 5th of july at 5:30-7:30pm
Please pass this flyer on to relevant people
If you are a designer or an architect with a queer perspective
or with an interest in the subject come to the workshop.
The goal of the workshop is to talk about:
What is "queer design and architecture", and what
could it be?
How can architecture and design relate to a queer perspective?
If you like you can bring a picture of something related to "queer
architecture or design", for example a project you or
someone else have made, and tell about it for 2-5 minutes.
On the wall we will make a "mapping" of the "field" of "queer
design and architecture". Your picture will be part of
that.
After the workshop if you like you can go to the talkshow about "queer
space" at QueerTV at Raca, Gl. kongevej. 7-10pm
Queer Architecture and design workshop is part of the exhibition "How Queer Everything is Today..." at
Queer Festival.
How Queer Everything is Today... is sponsered by the Danish Arts Council's Committee
for Visual Arts and by the Danish Arts Council's Committee
for International Visual Art
